On-Site Services

Our job isn’t over once your equipment is installed. The award-winning service team at Filtronics has the training to provide expert support for all of our products. To get maximum performance from our equipment throughout its life, Filtronics recommends that our clients follow the indicated preventive or predictive maintenance schedules for their systems. We also recommend the use of originally manufactured spare parts for all Filtronics and RO equipment.

Our field service support team offers more than just startup services. We also supply spare parts and offer contract, warranty, training and installation services.

Phone or on-site diagnostic services are available to troubleshoot tough problems.

On-site operator training is provided with an assigned factory service engineer to keep your teams’ knowledge up to date and their skills sharp.

Recommended spare parts at appropriate inventory levels can be provided through our customer service team.

We offer 2, 3 and 5-year preventative maintenance (PM) contracts.

 
 

Our standard PM contracts include these services:

  • Inspection services

  • Annual media core sampling

  • On-site maintenance (as needed)

  • System optimization

  • Instrument calibration

  • Yearly refresher training for operators

  • 3 hours free PLC programming and upgrades

  • Free phone support

 

Our on-site operator training includes:

  • Hands-on review of proper equipment operation

  • Review of operations manual including:

    • Inspection checks

    • Analyzer operation/calibration

    • Maintenance schedule

    • Treatment (chemical dosage/pumps)

  • Review of troubleshooting techniques
